Almond And Berry Crumble

Annmarie made this raw food recipe for berry crumble yesterday… It was amazing… in fact, we decided to call it “Blazing Berry Crumble” since it will literally set your taste buds on fire. (In a sweet, dessert-y way!) Take a look and be sure to bring this to a friend’s house so they can be assured that you really know how to make raw food. Here it is…
Ingredients
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rinsed
  Oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sprouted
  Date 1
  Lemon 1⁄2 , squeezed
  Raw honey 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Chop up the almonds and oats in food processor until mostly fine. Add dates and blend again. Then add in pecans, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and honey until crumble consistency.

Line bottom of glass baking dish with berries and crumble mixture on top!

I love your raw desserts.. I try and make my desserts as healthy as possible and had limited choice other than fruit salads as healthy desserts before you guys came in..!! keep the raw desserts coming..its great to be indulgent yet healthy :)
