Berries In Cinnamon Yogurt
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Blueberries||1 Pint, rinsed|
|Raspberries||1 Pint, rinsed|
|Fresh mint sprigs||6 (For Garnish)|
1. Add the honey and cinnamon to yogurt whisk it nicely, cover and refrigerate.
3. In individual bowls put the blueberries and raspberries and put a nice dollop of the yogurt garnished with a mint sprig (usually serves 6). It is perfect for a healthy breakfast and can be had with your favourite cereal or an evening snack.
