Ingredients
  Watercress leaves 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Torn arugula 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Red onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Fiddlehead ferns 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the watercress, arugula, strawberries, onions, and ferns.
2. Sprinkle with the vinegar, oil, and orange rind and toss it well.

SERVING
3. Serve as is in room temperature.
