|Torn arugula||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sliced strawberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Red onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Fiddlehead ferns||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the watercress, arugula, strawberries, onions, and ferns.
2. Sprinkle with the vinegar, oil, and orange rind and toss it well.
3. Serve as is in room temperature.
