Newfoundland Partridge Berry Crumbles
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Partridgeberry jam||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Combine flour, sugar, rolled oats and margarine until crumbly.
Press half of crumbs in prepared 9 x 13" cake dish.
Spread with jam.
Cover with remaining crumbs and pat smooth.
Bake at 350Â°F for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Delicious served warm with cream or cold cut in squares.
