Newfoundland Partridge Berry Crumbles

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Partridgeberry jam 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour, sugar, rolled oats and margarine until crumbly.
Press half of crumbs in prepared 9 x 13" cake dish.
Spread with jam.
Cover with remaining crumbs and pat smooth.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Delicious served warm with cream or cold cut in squares.
