Banana Berry Cheese Platter
|Banana||6 Ounce, peeled and sliced (1 Medium Sized)|
|Strawberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced|
|Half-and-half||1 Tablespoon (Blend Of Milk And Cream)|
|2% low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry roasted almonds without salt||1⁄2 Ounce, chopped|
|Dry roasted almonds without salt||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|All fruit strawberry syrup||2 Teaspoon (Pourable)|
1.Take a medium mixing bowl and add in strawberries, banana, and half and half. Mix to coat.
2.Take another medium mixing bowl and add cottage cheese and the almonds. Mix well.
3.Take aserving platter, and spooon in the cottage cheese mixture right at the center. Around this arrange the fruit mixture and cottage cheese mixture.
4. Drizzle syrup over the salad and garnish with almonds.
