Raspberries and Cream
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh raspberries||2 Pint|
1) Combine cream, vanilla, and sugar,whisk well until it forms soft and fluffy mixture.
2)With the help of a spoon, stir in a quarter of the raspberries, crushing them. (The cream will become pink.)
3) Portion the remaining berries into 4 small serving bowls and top with the raspberry cream and serve.
