Pineapple Berry Freeze
|Cranberry orange relish||28 Ounce (2 Jars Of 14 Ounce Each)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Miniature marshmallows||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, combine relish, pineapple, pecans, marshmallows, and mayonnaise.
2) Whip and blend in cream and add a tint of food coloring if desired.
3) In a loaf pan, spread the mixture and let it freeze.
4) Bring to room temperature, unmold, cut into slices and serve on lettuce lined plates.
