Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), washed
  Crumb 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter; add sugar and beat until light.
Add egg and beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, beating until smooth.
Fold in berries.
Pour into greased pan (9x9x2 inches).
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 35 minutes.
Makes 6 to 9 servings.
