Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce, softened (100 Gram)
  Caster sugar 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Self rising flour 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Frozen mixed berries 5 Ounce (600 Gram)
  Almonds 1 Ounce, flaked (25 Gram)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender or food processor, add butter, 100 gms of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, flour, eggs and milk and process till smooth
2. Grease an oval 20cmX30cm baking dish and add frozen fruit to it
3, Add the remaining sugar and vanilla extract on top
4. Add the cake mix on top and smooth it over; make a dip in the middle and scatter almonds on top
5. Heat your oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4, cook for forty five minutes until the cake tester comes out clean

SERVING
6 Serve with custard or vanilla ice cream
