Amazingly delicious gooseberry fool guaranteed to make your day.
|Gooseberries||1 Pound (ripe)|
|Thick cream||5 Ounce|
Prepare the gooseberries by removing the ends.
Stew in the water and sugar until they are tender.
When cold, rub through a sieve, then blend in the whipped cream.
Serve in individual glasses with a little extra cream to decorate.
