Very Berry Whip

  Apple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Berries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Blueberries, Strawberries)
  Sugar flakes 3 Ounce (3 Heaping Tablespoon)

Soak the sugar flakes in the apple juice for 10-15 minutes or until soft and almost dissolved. Bring apple juice and agar flakes to a boil. Lower flame to medium and add berries. Cook 5-7 minutes. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate 2 hours or until completely gelled. Puree in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
