Ingredients
  Fresh raspberries 300 Gram
  Low fat cottage cheese 150 Gram
  Plain low fat yogurt 150 Gram
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh mint sprigs 4
Directions

Put all the ingredients (except for the mint) in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Transfer to ramekins and cover with clingfilm.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves, if desired
