Yogurt And Berries With Vincotto Sauce

Yogurt, Berries And Vincotto is an amazing dessert with the yogurt, fresh strawberries and raspberries and vincotto sauce that is actually cooked wine. Try out this delicious and fantastic dessert and you shall surely relish the wonderful blend of flavours.
Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chocolate wafer 1 Medium
  Red wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange/Lemon 1 Medium, peeled
  Cardamom 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon stick 1 Small
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Place 1 cup low fat plain yogurt hung in cheese cloth or very fine colander for 4 hours until firm. Keep in refrigerator during this time.

MAKING
2) For the Vincotto- In a sauce pan add red wine, sugar, orange or lemon, cardamom, cinnamon stick and simmer and reduce liquid down to a thick consistency.
3) Drizzle hot over the yogurt and berries. Any extra sauce can be stored in the fridge for later use.

SERVING
4)Serve as dessert.
