Berry Sauced Ice Milk

  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Frozen vanilla yogurt/Vanilla ice milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cantaloupe 1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced and peeled

For sauce, in a small saucepan stir together sugar and cornstarch. Add orange juice and berries. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Cool to room temperature.
Place a 1/3-cup scoop of ice milk in each of 4 dessert bowls. Arrange cantaloupe around ice milk. Spoon sauce over ice milk.
