Berry Sauced Ice Milk
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Frozen vanilla yogurt/Vanilla ice milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe||1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced and peeled|
For sauce, in a small saucepan stir together sugar and cornstarch. Add orange juice and berries. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Cool to room temperature.
Place a 1/3-cup scoop of ice milk in each of 4 dessert bowls. Arrange cantaloupe around ice milk. Spoon sauce over ice milk.
