1. Place 1 cup hot tap water in 4-cup glass measure. Heat on Full Power for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Blend in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate until mixture starts to thicken.
2. Beat egg white at high speed, until frothy. Gradually beat in thickened gelatin. Divide strawberries among five serving dishes or put in large serving bowl. Pour gelatin mixture into dishes or bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until set.
