Berry Crumble

Ingredients
  Raspberries/Blueberries /1 package (12 or 16 ounces) frozen raspberries or blueberries 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  All purpose flour/Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Quick cooking oats 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream/Ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Spread raspberries in baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, margarine, cinnamon and salt; sprinkle on top.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%), until raspberries are hot and bubbly, 7 to 10 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve warm with cream.
