Cranberry Cream Cheese Frosties
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||1 Pound, jellied (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, whipped (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sifted|
|Chopped california walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Crush cranberry sauce with fork.
Add lemon juice.
Pour into paper cups or 1-quart refrigerator tray.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar; blend well.
Fold in whipped cream and spread over cranberry mixture; freeze firm.
If frozen in paper cups, split cups and peel away gently.
If frozen in tray, cut in pie-shaped wedges.
