Champagne Berry Parfaits

Ingredients
  Fresh strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Champagne 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh strawberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), halved
  Fresh blackberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen non fat vanilla yogurt 1 Quart, softened
Directions

Place 2 cups strawberries in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
Transfer strawberry puree to a saucepan.
Add champagne and sugar; stir.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook, uncovered, 30 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally.
Combine strawberry halves, blackberries, blue berries, and raspberries in a medium bowl.
Pour champagne mixture over berries, and toss gently.
Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of 8 parfait glasses.
Top each with 1/4 cup berry mixture.
Repeat layers with remaining yogurt and fruit mixture.
Cover and freeze 30 minutes.
