|Soft shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly.
Stir in milk.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Fold in blueberries.
Allow batter to stand 15 minutes.
Lightly grease and flour an (8x8-inch) square glass baking dish.
Pour batter into baking dish.
In a smal bowl combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
Sprinkle topping mixture on top of batter.
Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
