Wheat Berry Balls With Mushrooms
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Ground wheat berries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Green Colored)|
|Vegetable bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Sunflower oil/Wheat germ oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||4 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||3 Tablespoon|
Finely chop the cleaned mushrooms, sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Mix the wheat berries with the bouillon, pepper and 4 tablespoons of boiling water.
Add the mushrooms, parsley and onion and mix well.
Add the eggs, 2 tablespoons of oil and the bread crumbs and mix again.
Let the dough stand 10 minutes, then form balls, roll them in the sesame seeds and brown them in the remaining oil until crisp.
