Honeydew Wedges With Berries

Ingredients
  Ripe honeydew 1 Small
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Orange flavored liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Orange zest 1 Teaspoon
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cut honeydew in half and discard seeds.
Peel, using a paring knife.
Cut melon into 3/4-inch wedges.
Arrange melon on a plate.
Mix melted butter with liqueur and orange zest.
Brush honeydew wedges with flavored butter.
Wash and hull strawberries.
Pat dry with paper towels and slice.
Refrigerate strawberries until ready to serve.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook honeydew wedges over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
Remove to a serving dish.
Scatter strawberries over warm melon wedges.
Sprinkle with mint leaves, if desired
