Berries And Cream
|Fresh ripe strawberries/Raspberries / blueberries||1 Quart|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Confectioners sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Rinse and hull strawberries; dry thoroughly. Cover and chill.
2. Whip cream, using a chilled bowl and chilled beaters, until it forms soft peaks. Add sugar and vanilla extract and beat to form stiff peaks.
3. Spoon whipped cream into parfait glasses and layer with strawberries, ending with a strawberry on top.
