|Strawberries||8 Ounce, quartered|
|White wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a large bowl, place fruit.
Cover with wine.
Macerate at least 3 hours.
On a cookie sheet, spread fruit in a single layer.
Freeze until quite firm.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Freeze until time to serve.
Arrange fruit in frosted cups or emptied out fruit shells.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
