Frozen berry yogurt can be prepared with berries of choice. Made with plain low fat yogurt, this frozen berry yogurt also has milk in the making. Chilled to set, it is served nice and cold on summer days!
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon
Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh blueberries/Raspberries / strawberries / thawed frozen dry pack berries 3 Cup (48 tbs), hulled / stemmed
Sugar/2 packets sugar substitute 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Low fat plain yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

In a heatproof bowl, soften the gelatin in the milk for 5 minutes; set the bowl in a pan of hot water and stir until the gelatin dissolves.
Place the berries and sugar in a food processor and whirl for 60 seconds to puree; strain the puree into a medium size bowl, and mix in the lemon juice, yogurt, and gelatin mixture.
