Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Castor sugar 15 Gram
  Mixed berries 250 Gram
  Natural low fat yogurt 125 Milliliter
  Mint sprigs 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat the egg white with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the berries and beat until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
Fold in the yogurt and spoon into chilled serving glasses.
