Berry Fruit Freeze

Berry fruit freeze is a lovely cream cheese and fruit dessert made with pineapple bits and cranberry sauce. Prepared with added walnuts and whipped cream, the berry fruit freeze is chilled and sliced to serve.
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened (Two 3 Ounce Packages)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole cranberry sauce 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Red food coloring 4 Drop

Beat cream cheese with sugar and mayonnaise.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream and food coloring.
Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf dish.
Freeze till firm.
Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Unmold; slice to serve.
