Berry Fruit Freeze
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened (Two 3 Ounce Packages)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned whole cranberry sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Red food coloring||4 Drop|
Beat cream cheese with sugar and mayonnaise.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream and food coloring.
Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf dish.
Freeze till firm.
Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Unmold; slice to serve.
