Pickled Beets

Ingredients
  Sliced cold cooked beets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Spiced vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place beets in clean hot jars, cover with hot spiced vinegar, using horse-radish.
Seal jars and let stand for 36 hours before using.
