Beets With Sour Cream
|Beets||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Boiling salted water||2 Cup (32 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated horseradish||2 Teaspoon|
Wash the beets and leave an inch of the stems attached.
Cook the beets in boiling salted water to cover until tender.
Cool, peel and slice.
Arrange the slices in a bowl and top with the chopped onion.
Blend the remaining ingredients and spread this mixture over the beets and chopped onion.
