|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned whole beets||32 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)|
Mix sugar and flour; stir in water and vinegar.
Place beets in crock pot.
Pour sugar vinegar mixture over beets and stir to coat well.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.
