|Cooked sliced beets||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put the vinegar, 1/2 cup beets, cloves, salt, sugar, onion and butter into Osterizer container, cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth.
Pour over remaining beets in saucepan.
Simmer, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes.
