Beets In Yogurt

Ingredients
  Beets 3 Cup (48 tbs), grated
  Basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beet green tops 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Yoghurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place beets, tops, salt, bay leaf, basil and stock in steamer.
Cover.
Steam gently for 5 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Blend in honey and yoghurt.
