|Grated beets||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Potato flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan, take beets, lemon juice and water. Let it cook for 15 minutes or until beets are tender.
2. Drain the water.
3. Add potato flour and cream.
4. Cook over a low flame for 5 minutes, stirring it constantly.
5. Add beets, salt and butter.
6. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Serve Creamed Beets immediately.
