|Raw beets||4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried savory||1 Teaspoon|
1) Shred the beets coarsely and in a pan, mix with butter, sugar, salt and water.
2) Cook the beets until tender, add flour and sour cream and then savory.
3) Blend until all the ingredients are well coated.
4) Serve the fluffy beets as a side dish to a meat dish.
