Microwave Harvard Beets

Ingredients
  White distilled vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Beets 16 Ounce, sliced (Drain And Reserve)
  Liquid 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a microwave glass casserole dish, mix all the ingredients except the drained beets. Cook covered on HIGH (9) for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens. Ensure that you stir once during cooking.
2. Add beets to the bowl and cook covered on HIGH (9) for 3 minutes or until beets are hot.

SERVING
3. Serve hot
