Zesty Beets

Ingredients
  Beets 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked, shredded
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Cool the cooked beets and remove the peel.
2) In a serving bowl shred the beets.
3) In a blender mix yogurt, onion juice, lemon juice, honey and sea salt.
4) Immediately pour the mixture over beets.

SERVING
5) Serve warm or chill as desired.
