Ingredients
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 21 Ounce
  Consomme 21 Ounce
  Canned beets 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine consommé, beets and onion and cook 10 minutes.
2. Add lemon juice, sugar, and chill thoroughly.

SERVING
3. Serve with a spoonful of sour cream in each bowl or cup.
