Lime Beets

Ingredients
  Canned small whole beets 2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 2 Fruit)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain beets, reserving liquid from 1 can.
Put liquid in saucepan.
Mix sugar and cornstarch and add to beet liquid.
Bring to boil, stirring.
Add beets and lime juice, heat through; stir in the butter.
Makes 6 servings.
