Ingredients
  Fish 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), flaked
  Cooked flaked fish 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Beets 2 Medium, cooked
  Beets 2 Medium, cooked, chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk cream 3 Tablespoon
  Cream/Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked potatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Potatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together fish, potatoes, beets, onion, parsley, salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and moisten with cream or milk.
2) Add in shortening and cook the mixture, stirring, until hot.
3) Shape the mixture lightly into cake and cook until well browned below.
4) Fold this as we do for an omelet.

SERVING
5) Serve hot at once.
