Buttery Grated Beets

Ingredients
  Beets 2 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash the beets and grate them.

MAKING
2) In a pan, cook the beets in water for 20 minutes or until tender.
3) Remove pan from heat.
4) Let them cool slightly.
5) In a frying pan, melt the butter or margarine and toss the beets with lemon juice.
6) Stir well to coat beets fully with butter.

SERVING
7) Serve the buttery beet at once.
