1 In a 2-quart casserole with lid, place the beets; set aside.
2 In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, mix brown sugar and cornstarch until well combined.
3 Stir in cranberry-juice cocktail, vinegar and horseradish.
4 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until mixture thickens and bubbles; stir every minute.
5 Stir in cranberry-orange relish.
6 Gently mix sauce into beets. Cover.
7 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 7 minutes or until heated through.
8 Serve hot.
