Glazed Beets

Ingredients
  Canned tiny whole beets 32 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  Canned whole beets 32 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each, Tiny Size)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Cranberry juice cocktail 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Cranberry-orange relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cranberry orange relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a 2-quart casserole with lid, place the beets; set aside.
2 In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, mix brown sugar and cornstarch until well combined.
3 Stir in cranberry-juice cocktail, vinegar and horseradish.
4 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until mixture thickens and bubbles; stir every minute.
5 Stir in cranberry-orange relish.
6 Gently mix sauce into beets. Cover.
7 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 7 minutes or until heated through.

SERVING
8 Serve hot.
