Eat healthy…salads are a great way in to bring in the goodness of nature into your diet. This boiled beets and greens recipe is really quick and easy to make. High on taste and health. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Beets 3 (with leaves)
  Butter To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Scrub beets well; cook in boiling water for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
Cool; rub skins off beets.
Season with salt and butter.
Cut stems and large veins from leaves, removing damaged leaves.
Wash leaves well; place in saucepan.
Do not add water.
Steam for 8 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Season with salt and butter.
