Creamed Beets

Ingredients
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned beets 12 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix the vinegar, butter, salt and pepper and the water
2) Bring the mixture to a boil stir till the butter all melts
3) Tip in the beets, sour cream and reduce the heat to bring to a simmer

SERVING
4) Serve warm
