Beets With Orange
|Cooked beets||1 Pound|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Cook beets. Peel and dice them.
2) Cut the center of a thin orange slice. Twist halves in opposite directions.
3) In a saucepan measure butter, marmalade, and orange juice.
4) Add beets after the butter melts.
5) Simmer gently for about 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally,

7) Garnish with orange.
