Tangy beets is a tasty tangy way to eat healthy. Enjoy the taste of delicious vegetables and make them a part of your everyday diet. A quick and easy way to cooking great.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Beets 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced (Cooked)
  Beets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, melt the butter and blend in flour and salt.
2) Stir in milk slowly and cook until thickened, stirring continuously.
3) Mix the horseradish in the flour mixture.

SERVING
4) Place the hot beets in a serving bowl.
5) Spoon the hot flour mixture over the beets and serve immediately.
