Baked Beets

Ingredients
  Butter 7 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Beets 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
  Prepared horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), dried
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, melt the butter and then add in the flour and blend well
2) Add in the water and continually stir till thickened
3) Add the salt, sugar, horseradish and beets
4) Mix well and spoon into a greased baking dish
5) Cover the top with the crumbs and then dot some butter around
6) Bake at 350F for 20 minutes till the crumbs are browned

SERVING
7) Serve warm
