Beets With Orange

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , grated rind and juice
  Cooked small beets 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), drained (Or Canned)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a saucepan mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar and water and bring to a boil. Stir until clear.
2. Stir in the orange rind and juice and the beets. Heat gently and, before serving, stir in the butter.
