Pandaria Beet Saute

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Beets 8 Medium, cooked, peeled and diced
  Whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Lemon juice/Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add beets and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle beets with flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in lemon juice or vinegar and water. Add parsley. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
