Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Diced beets/Can of small beets 1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend cornstarch with 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
Add beet juice and cook until thickened.
Add vinegar, salt, and pineapple and beets.
Heat thoroughly.
