Beet Greens With Blueberries

Ingredients
  Beet greens 1 Pound, well washed (1 Bunch)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

Cut off the tough stem ends of the beet greens and cut the bunch into fourths crosswise.
In a large pan, saute the onion in the oil until it is softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the beet greens and water.
Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the blueberries and continue to cook for 5 minutes, until the fruit is cooked but not mushy.
