Herring Stuffed Beets

Ingredients
  Cooked beets 24 Small
  Pickled herring tidbits 6 Ounce (1 Jar Prego)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dillweed 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

With small melon scoop, hollow out top of each beet.
Drain and coarsely shred herring and fill each beet with 1/2 teaspoon.
Dot with sour cream and garnish with dillweed sprigs.
Serve cold.
